In 2021, Highest & Best began as a creative spark, a name that represented doing the most meaningful work we could as real estate agents, rooted in excellence and intention.

I poured my soul and over five figures into branding, team support, and merchandise. I launched a podcast, a YouTube channel, and a Spotify series. I was successfully pre-selling my signature live course when suddenly… my townhome flooded, we had to move out, and my real estate sales doubled overnight - from $10M to $20M.

And like any ambitious woman trying to juggle all the things, I made a hard but honest decision: I couldn’t do both. So, I pressed pause.

But here’s the thing-my desire to build community never left.

Today, that spark is back, and it’s burning with clarity and intention. I’m reimagining Highest & Best as a platform for ambitious women and mothers who want to scale their business and their life with structure, style, and strategy.

This new chapter blends everything I’ve learned from leading over $350M in real estate sales, building powerhouse teams, launching new developments across Detroit, and somehow doing it all while being a present mom and managing a full life at home.

Instead of a course (which lacks support and community) this time I decided to build something better, something sustainable.
